1. What areas do you cover?

Not at all. Many of our clients provide access while they’re away. As long as we can safely enter and exit your property, we can take care of the cleaning while you focus on your day.

7. Can I request the same cleaner each time?
Yes, we do our best to send the same cleaner for recurring appointments, so you can build trust and consistency. If your regular cleaner is unavailable, we’ll always inform you in advance.
8. What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may incur a small fee.
9. Do you offer eco-friendly or chemical-free cleaning options?
Yes! If you prefer green cleaning products or have allergies or sensitivities, just let us know when booking. We offer eco-conscious solutions to suit your preferences.
